Your RV, our shop, one focused week. Your equipment is already staged at our Delaware, Ohio facility — install week is when it all comes together. Here's how it works and how to make the most of it.

Two ways to do install week

Option 1 — Drop off and head home. Leave your RV with us and pick it up when the work is done. Because our team can flex the work around the shop schedule, this route can reduce labor costs — plan on about a two-week window from drop-off to pick-up.

Option 2 — Drop off and stay nearby. If you're waiting on your RV, we schedule your install as a dedicated, focused sprint with the team fully allocated to your build. Most guests book a hotel or Airbnb nearby and make a short trip of it. (Link → Staying nearby — RV parks & hotels guide)

How long does it take?

Most Essentials and Pro bundles are installed in a five-day work week — drop off Monday, pick up Friday. If your install has extra variables (complex routing, roof work, custom additions), it may run longer — you'll know this ahead of time from your planning consultation, so there are no surprises.

Why we plan ahead

A smooth install week doesn't happen by accident. Before you arrive, we've ordered your parts, confirmed the shop schedule, and allocated the labor for your build. Booking your window early gives you more date options and a better trip — nothing is rushed.

Before you arrive — quick checklist

  • Confirm your install dates with the team
  • Decide: drop off and leave, or stay nearby
  • If staying: book lodging early (see the nearby stays guide)
  • Remove personal items from areas where the team will be working
