When will my order ship?

The warehouse is located in Traverse City Michigan, which allows for fast shipping to the continental United States.

If you place an order on an in stock product before 2pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, your order should ship same day using the method selected at checkout. Stock status for each item is shown on the listing page under the "Availability" section of each listing page. 

How long does shipping take? Membership free 2 day shipping can be fulfilled with UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on shipping estimates to ensure that your order gets to you within the 2 day time frame.

Non-member free shipping options are sent via UPS ground with the exception of Cellular SIM Cards which are shipped via USPS First Class Trackable Mail. Depending on your shipping destination, shipping timelines average 2-5 business days in the Continental United States. We do not process shipments on Saturday or Sunday. 

If you need your item incredibly fast, our only guaranteed shipping service is UPS Next Day Air.  You can purchase UPS Next Day Air at checkout.  Please note, UPS Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday. If you require Saturday delivery, please initiate a chat request with our customer service team. Saturday delivery is not available in all locations but may be available for an additional charge.  

How do I track my order?

Your tracking information will be emailed to the email address that you use to purchase your order.  However, if you cannot locate that email, you can always find your tracking information in your order summary in your online account.  Please see the images below for how to locate that information:
