This will help in the future if you run into issues activating your new line of service and you need to go to a Verizon store or you need to call or chat with Verizon Support.

While going through the process, Verizon's website said my device is not compatible. What do I do now?

All Peplink devices are able to be provisioned on the Verizon network, however, there are times that the Verizon database of compatible routers is not completely up to date.  Once you have confirmed that you did not make a mistake when typing the IMEI number in, you can send an email to us at [email protected].  Please include your IMEI number and a screenshot of the page stating your device is not compatible with Verizon's network.  We will then forward that information to Peplink for them to manually submit the IMEI to Verizon's database.  This typically takes 24 to 48 hours, but once the process is complete, you should be able to follow the process outlined above with no issues.
