RoamLink Wireless Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to RoamLink Wireless. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. Please note these terms only apply to RoamLink Wireless Consumer Plans. If you have a RoamLink Enterprise Wireless Business plan please visit the RoamLink Enterprise Wireless Terms of Use Page.

2. Services Provided

RoamLink Wireless provides data services for internet access primarily for personal, household, travel, recreational, and ordinary remote-work use. Consumer plans may not be used for resale, public access, commercial redistribution, enterprise networking, server hosting, or business-critical commercial operations unless expressly permitted in writing by RoamLink Wireless or under a qualifying business or enterprise plan.

2A. Network Selection & Multi-Carrier Connectivity

RoamLink services may utilize access to multiple carrier networks, roaming arrangements, third-party connectivity providers, SIM and eSIM management platforms, cloud-based routing systems, network enablement providers, and related connectivity optimization technologies collectively referred to as the “RoamLink Network Core.”

The RoamLink Network Core may include systems, technologies, vendors, upstream providers, and network access arrangements that are owned, operated, managed, licensed, leased, or otherwise made available by RoamLink, its affiliates, suppliers, service providers, network partners, or other third parties. RoamLink may modify, replace, supplement, discontinue, or migrate any underlying provider, technology, platform, routing method, SIM/eSIM system, roaming arrangement, or network access method at any time for operational, technical, commercial, compliance, performance, availability, or customer experience reasons.

Network availability, carrier selection, roaming behavior, routing decisions, and connectivity optimization may vary depending on device capabilities, geographic location, network availability, signal conditions, congestion levels, plan type, hardware compatibility, customer configuration, supported technologies, upstream provider availability, and other operational or environmental factors.

RoamLink may dynamically manage carrier availability, roaming behavior, routing preferences, provider selection, SIM/eSIM provisioning, or network assignment behaviors depending on device compatibility, supported technologies, operational requirements, provider availability, network conditions, and plan-specific requirements. In certain configurations, compatible customer equipment may also allow manual network selection or customer-controlled prioritization settings.

Access to multiple carrier networks or third-party connectivity providers does not guarantee availability of all carriers, networks, providers, technologies, roaming paths, or routing methods in all locations. It also does not guarantee simultaneous carrier access, uninterrupted service, automatic switching behavior, specific upstream provider availability, or superior performance in all environments.

Customers acknowledge that network performance, carrier availability, provider availability, routing behavior, and roaming behavior may vary significantly depending on travel patterns, local carrier infrastructure, third-party provider limitations, environmental conditions, device configuration, tower congestion, radio frequency conditions, and factors outside of RoamLink’s control.

RoamLink reserves the right to modify network selection logic, roaming relationships, routing behavior, provider relationships, carrier availability, SIM/eSIM provisioning methods, optimization systems, and related network management practices at any time in order to maintain service operations, network stability, provider compliance, carrier compliance, operational efficiency, or customer experience objectives.

2B. Device Compatibility & Customer Configuration

RoamLink services are primarily designed for use with compatible and supported hardware configurations, including approved Peplink devices and related supported connectivity equipment unless otherwise expressly permitted under specific RoamLink plan terms, promotional programs, membership benefits, or approved hardware exceptions.

Certain RoamLink plans, programs, or membership offerings may permit the use of approved non-Peplink hardware configurations subject to additional requirements, limitations, compatibility restrictions, or plan-specific conditions. Eligibility for supported non-standard or non-Peplink hardware configurations may vary by plan type, membership status, approved device categories, technical compatibility requirements, or other operational criteria as determined by RoamLink in its sole discretion.

Service availability, network access, connectivity stability, feature availability, and overall performance may vary significantly depending on device compatibility, modem capabilities, firmware versions, antenna configuration, signal conditions, hardware limitations, software settings, supported frequency bands, network technologies, customer-installed equipment, and overall system configuration.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their equipment, devices, routers, antennas, firmware, and related configurations are compatible with applicable RoamLink services and supported operational requirements. Use of unsupported, incompatible, improperly configured, modified, damaged, outdated, or unauthorized equipment may result in degraded performance, limited functionality, inability to access certain carrier networks, service instability, or complete loss of connectivity.

RoamLink does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, hardware platforms, firmware versions, or customer configurations and reserves the right to limit, deny, modify, or discontinue support for specific hardware, firmware versions, technologies, configurations, or customer equipment categories at any time.

Customers remain solely responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and operation of their own equipment and local network environments unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by RoamLink.

3. Acceptable Use

By using RoamLink Wireless services, you agree not to engage in any activities that:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the network's normal operation or with other users' use and enjoyment of the network.
  • Involve the transmission of unsolicited commercial emails or other forms of spam.
  • Engage in activities that are harmful to or interfere with the network or services provided by RoamLink Wireless.
  • Utilize applications that automatically consume excessive amounts of network capacity in an unreasonable manner.
  • Consistently use the network for performing large data transfers such as online backup, P2P file sharing or other activities that could burden network resources and impact quality of service for the majority of our customers.

3A. Excessive Data Consumption & Abnormal Usage Patterns

RoamLink reserves the right to monitor for abnormal, excessive, accelerated, or unusually high-volume data consumption patterns occurring within short periods of time where such usage may negatively impact network stability, carrier relationships, operational integrity, compliance obligations, or other customers.

Prohibited or restricted usage patterns may include, but are not limited to, unusually rapid data consumption, sustained high-throughput activity, automated traffic generation, excessive concurrent usage behavior, abnormal upload or download patterns, unauthorized redistribution, server-like activity, artificial traffic generation, or other usage behavior determined by RoamLink, in its sole discretion, to create unreasonable operational, carrier, compliance, or network impact.

RoamLink reserves the right to investigate, restrict, limit, suspend, modify, throttle, migrate, reclassify, or terminate services, features, plans, accounts, or related network access methods where abnormal or excessive usage patterns are detected.

All RoamLink services, including plans marketed as unlimited or plans utilizing optional features such as Velocity Mode, remain subject to reasonable operational safeguards, network protection measures, abuse prevention systems, carrier compliance obligations, and all applicable Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policies.

4. Network Management

RoamLink Wireless provides access to cellular data networks through supported plans, technologies, network access methods, roaming relationships, and connectivity optimization systems. Certain plans or features may include priority access, Velocity Mode, speed controls, data allotments, or other plan-specific network management characteristics where expressly stated in the applicable plan terms. RoamLink Wireless reserves the right to manage bandwidth, traffic, network access, routing behavior, carrier availability, and network resources to help maintain service stability, protect network integrity, comply with carrier requirements, prevent abuse, and preserve reliable access for customers. Network management practices may vary by plan type, usage pattern, customer configuration, device capabilities, carrier conditions, congestion levels, and operational requirements. This may include, but is not limited to, managing the bandwidth used by streaming services or other high-bandwidth applications, applying speed tiers or usage controls where applicable, reducing or prioritizing traffic based on plan features, or taking other reasonable measures designed to protect the network and maintain service quality. RoamLink Wireless customers with unusually high usage, excessive short-term usage, or usage patterns that negatively impact network performance, carrier relationships, or other customers may be subject to additional network management, support review, plan migration, restriction, suspension, or termination as outlined in these Terms.

4A. Network Performance & Service Availability Disclaimer

RoamLink services are provided on a best-effort basis and are dependent upon numerous operational, environmental, technical, geographic, and carrier-related factors outside of RoamLink’s control. RoamLink does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, continuous connectivity, minimum coverage levels, network availability in all locations, uninterrupted roaming access, specific carrier availability, or any minimum speed, throughput, latency, signal quality, uptime, or overall performance level.

Actual service performance may vary significantly depending on factors including but not limited to carrier network congestion, radio frequency conditions, signal strength, tower capacity, geographic location, terrain, environmental conditions, weather, travel patterns, customer equipment configuration, modem capabilities, antenna quality and placement, local interference, device limitations, network routing conditions, supported technologies, third-party carrier restrictions, maintenance events, outages, and other factors outside of RoamLink’s control.

Network speeds, latency, carrier availability, roaming behavior, connectivity quality, and overall customer experience may fluctuate over time and may vary substantially between locations, travel environments, devices, carrier networks, and periods of network demand.

RoamLink network optimization systems, traffic management practices, multi-carrier technologies, routing systems, or related connectivity features are intended to improve overall service experience where possible but do not guarantee improved performance, uninterrupted connectivity, superior coverage, automatic carrier selection outcomes, or consistent service quality in all environments or usage conditions.

Customers acknowledge that mobile and wireless network services are inherently variable and that temporary degradation, reduced speeds, latency increases, intermittent connectivity interruptions, carrier restrictions, roaming limitations, or temporary service disruptions may occur at any time.

Nothing contained within RoamLink marketing materials, product descriptions, support materials, advertisements, technical discussions, or customer communications shall be interpreted as a guarantee of service performance, uninterrupted connectivity, carrier availability, or specific network outcomes unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of RoamLink.

4B. RoamLink Velocity Mode

Certain eligible RoamLink plans may include access to optional “Velocity Mode” functionality. Velocity Mode is a customer-controlled feature that may allow certain network management practices otherwise applied to standard plan usage to be reduced, modified, or selectively bypassed for limited periods of time while the feature is actively enabled by the customer.

Velocity Mode may be enabled and disabled by the customer through the applicable RoamLink management portal, dashboard, application, or related account management interface where available. Customers are solely responsible for managing Velocity Mode usage, monitoring available Velocity data balances, and understanding how their usage behavior may impact Velocity data consumption.

Usage incurred while Velocity Mode is active may consume available Velocity data allocations at an accelerated rate depending on customer activity, connected devices, streaming behavior, uploads, downloads, application usage, device configuration, background traffic, network conditions, and other factors outside of RoamLink’s control.

Velocity Mode sessions automatically disable after twenty-four (24) consecutive hours of activation and must be manually re-enabled by the customer for any additional Velocity usage periods where applicable.

When Velocity Mode is not actively enabled, the associated RoamLink plan remains subject to the same network management practices, optimization systems, traffic management policies, routing behaviors, and related operational controls that may apply to other RoamLink services and plans.

Velocity Mode does not constitute, imply, or guarantee any minimum speed, throughput level, latency target, priority outcome, uninterrupted connectivity, quality of service level, carrier availability, or overall performance guarantee of any kind. Actual performance remains dependent upon numerous factors outside of RoamLink’s control, including but not limited to carrier network congestion, radio frequency conditions, tower capacity, geographic limitations, signal quality, environmental conditions, customer equipment configuration, device limitations, local interference, routing conditions, and third-party carrier network behavior.

Velocity Mode functionality remains subject to all applicable Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policies, abuse prevention measures, prohibited usage restrictions, carrier compliance requirements, and all other applicable RoamLink policies and operational controls regardless of whether Velocity Mode is active or inactive.

RoamLink reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, disable, restrict, or discontinue Velocity Mode functionality, Velocity data availability, associated features, activation methods, usage limits, or related operational behavior at any time for operational, technical, carrier compliance, abuse prevention, network protection, security, or business reasons without liability.

Nothing within Velocity Mode functionality shall modify, waive, limit, or otherwise alter any limitation of liability provisions, warranty disclaimers, service disclaimers, acceptable use restrictions, arbitration provisions, abuse prevention policies, or any other protections, limitations, or obligations contained within these Terms of Use. All existing limitations of liability and related protections contained within these Terms remain fully applicable to all RoamLink services and Velocity Mode functionality.

5. Speed Tiers

Certain RoamLink Wireless plans, promotional plans, legacy plans, or account configurations may include speed tiers, speed controls, or plan-specific performance settings. Where applicable, a speed tier represents the maximum upload or download speed available under that plan or configuration and does not guarantee that the service will operate at the maximum speed.

Speed tiers may be optional, default, or enforced depending on the applicable plan terms, plan listing, promotional rules, legacy account configuration, customer-selected settings, or network management requirements. Speed tiers may also be used to support network management, enforce acceptable use requirements, manage data usage limits, reduce excessive consumption, protect network availability, or address abuse concerns as outlined in these Terms.

For customers on plans or account configurations where speed tier changes are supported, speed tiers may be set by default during activation or adjusted upon request where available. To request a speed tier change, contact support@mobilemusthave.com. Availability of speed tier changes may vary by plan type, account status, hardware configuration, carrier requirements, and operational limitations.

All speed tiers remain subject to network availability, signal strength, congestion, device capabilities, carrier conditions, radio frequency conditions, and other environmental, technical, and operational factors commonly associated with cellular networks.

6. Data Usage Limits

RoamLink Wireless plans may include metered data allotments, unlimited data access, Velocity data allocations, Top-Off data, banked data, rollover data, overage speeds, or other plan-specific usage terms as stated in the applicable plan listing, promotional terms, checkout page, or customer account portal.

Customers on metered plans, including applicable Core, Flex, Pocket, promotional, or legacy metered plans, who exceed their applicable monthly data allotment, available banked data, Top-Off data, rollover data, or other plan-specific data allowance may be subject to reduced speeds, overage speeds, suspension of additional data usage, or other usage controls as stated in the applicable plan terms. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan listing, customers who exceed their applicable metered data allotment may be reduced to 512 kbps data speeds for the remainder of the applicable billing cycle or until additional eligible data is added.

Customers on non-metered, unlimited, or usage-managed plans, including applicable Infinity, Velocity, promotional, or legacy unlimited plans, may be subject to network management, support review, plan migration, speed management, restriction, suspension, or termination if their usage exceeds normal consumer usage patterns, creates excessive network demand, negatively impacts network performance, affects carrier relationships, or interferes with service quality for other customers.

As a general network protection guideline, non-metered or unlimited-plan customers who use more than 500GB in a monthly service period, or who average more than 20GB per day over any seven (7) day period, may be contacted by the RoamLink Wireless Support Department to discuss usage patterns, device settings, plan fit, network optimization, or other mutually agreeable solutions designed to maintain quality service for all customers.

Customers who continue high, abnormal, excessive, or harmful usage without implementing reasonable recommendations from RoamLink Wireless Support may be subject to additional network management practices, plan migration, feature restrictions, service suspension, or termination at RoamLink Wireless’s sole discretion as outlined in these Terms.

This section does not limit RoamLink Wireless’s rights under the Acceptable Use, Excessive Data Consumption & Abnormal Usage Patterns, Network Management, Velocity Mode, Billing, or Changes to Services sections of these Terms.

6A. Data Usage Measurement & Reporting

RoamLink data usage measurements, usage calculations, billing records, and associated reporting systems shall control for purposes of determining data consumption, available balances, banked data amounts, Top-Off usage, Velocity usage, plan limits, billing calculations, and related service administration activities.

Customers acknowledge that reported data usage amounts may vary from measurements displayed by customer devices, routers, operating systems, third-party applications, carrier systems, or other monitoring platforms due to differences in reporting methodologies, reporting intervals, compression technologies, routing methods, background traffic, synchronization timing, protocol overhead, delayed carrier reporting, or other technical factors.

Usage reporting information displayed within customer portals, dashboards, applications, or related management systems may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable and should not be relied upon as real-time or guaranteed usage reporting information.

Customers remain solely responsible for monitoring their own data consumption, managing available plan balances, monitoring Velocity usage, monitoring Top-Off usage, and understanding how their applications, devices, streaming activity, software updates, cloud synchronization services, background traffic, connected devices, and other internet activity may impact overall data consumption.

RoamLink reserves the right to correct usage calculations, billing records, reporting discrepancies, delayed carrier reporting information, accounting errors, or system inaccuracies at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, billing, carrier compliance, fraud prevention, or service administration purposes.

6B. RoamLink Flex Data Banking

RoamLink Flex plans include the ability to bank unused monthly data for future use. Customers may accumulate and retain unused Flex plan data for up to a maximum of three (3) months of the subscribed Flex plan allowance, inclusive of the current active billing cycle.

Example: A customer subscribed to a 100GB RoamLink Flex plan may maintain a maximum Flex data bank of up to 300GB total available data, including the current billing cycle allocation.

Unused data exceeding the maximum allowable Flex data bank limit may expire automatically and without additional notice.

If a customer downgrades to a lower Flex plan tier, any accumulated banked data exceeding the maximum allowable balance for the newly selected Flex plan may be forfeited immediately upon plan downgrade.

Flex data banking benefits are only available while the associated Flex plan remains active and in good standing. If the associated Flex plan is canceled, suspended, terminated, or otherwise becomes inactive, any unused banked data may be forfeited immediately and without refund.

6C. RoamLink Top-Off Data

Eligible RoamLink plans may purchase additional “Top-Off” data allotments where available. Availability of Top-Off data may vary by plan type and is not supported on all RoamLink plans.

Top-Off data remains valid for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided the associated primary RoamLink plan remains active, in good standing, and not suspended or canceled.

If the associated RoamLink plan is suspended, terminated, canceled, or otherwise becomes inactive, any remaining Top-Off data may be forfeited immediately and without refund.

Top-Off data may exist in addition to any standard included data allotments or applicable banked data limits associated with the underlying RoamLink plan, allowing additional flexibility for temporary increased usage, extended travel, remote work needs, streaming, or other high-demand connectivity periods.

Unused Top-Off data expires automatically after the applicable validity period.

7. Roaming Agreements, SIM Management & Connectivity Technologies

RoamLink Wireless may utilize roaming agreements, SIM and eSIM management systems, network enablement platforms, Peplink FusionSIM technology, network aggregation tools, cloud-based routing systems, MNOs, MVNOs, MVNEs, connectivity providers, upstream service providers, carrier relationships, and other third-party or proprietary connectivity platforms to deliver, optimize, migrate, or manage service based on plan type, usage level, customer hardware configuration, provider availability, carrier availability, network conditions, and operational requirements.

These technologies and provider relationships may be used to support multi-carrier connectivity, high-usage customers, multiple concurrent network links, plan-specific features, service continuity, carrier compliance, provider compliance, SIM/eSIM provisioning, routing optimization, or network optimization objectives.

RoamLink does not guarantee continued use, availability, performance, or support of any specific carrier, upstream provider, SIM/eSIM platform, roaming arrangement, connectivity provider, technology vendor, or network access method. RoamLink may modify, replace, migrate, supplement, restrict, or discontinue any underlying provider, platform, technology, or network access method at any time without creating any customer right to a specific provider, architecture, carrier relationship, or delivery method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoamLink Wireless, RoamLink Connect, MobileMustHave.com, Entergy Group, LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, interruption of, performance of, failure of, suspension of, termination of, or reliance upon RoamLink Wireless services, RoamLink Connect services, data plans, devices, network access, connectivity features, Velocity Mode, Top-Off data, Flex data banking, customer equipment, support services, or any related products or services.

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages or claims related to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, service interruption, reduced speeds, latency, degraded performance, lack of coverage, failure of connectivity, inability to work remotely, missed communications, failed uploads or downloads, unavailable carrier networks, equipment incompatibility, customer configuration issues, security incidents involving customer equipment, or any other commercial, personal, or economic loss.

RoamLink Wireless services are provided on a best-effort basis and are not intended for emergency communications, life-safety applications, mission-critical systems, medical monitoring, public safety operations, or any use where loss, interruption, delay, or failure of service could result in injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or other critical harm. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining alternative methods of communication and backup connectivity appropriate for their needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoamLink Wireless’s total aggregate liability for any claim, dispute, loss, damage, or cause of action arising out of or related to the services, products, plans, features, devices, support, billing, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to RoamLink Wireless for the affected RoamLink service during the one (1) month billing period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Refunds, credits, service adjustments, goodwill credits, billing accommodations, or other remedies are not guaranteed and may be provided solely at the discretion of RoamLink Wireless unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law or specifically stated in these Terms. The issuance of any refund, credit, adjustment, or accommodation in one instance does not create any obligation to provide the same or similar remedy in the future and shall not constitute a waiver of any rights, limitations, disclaimers, or protections contained in these Terms.

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, equity, or any other theory of liability, and apply even if RoamLink Wireless has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations are an essential basis of the agreement between the customer and RoamLink Wireless and apply to all RoamLink services, plans, features, and related offerings to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

RoamLink Wireless reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Sales Tax

RoamLink Wireless provides consumer internet access services that are considered non-taxable under the Internet Tax Freedom Act. Customers not eligible for tax exemptions under the Internet Tax Freedom Act are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with the use of the service.

17. Billing, Plan Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

RoamLink Wireless services are generally provided on a prepaid basis for recurring thirty (30) day service periods unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan listing, promotional terms, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement. By purchasing or activating a RoamLink Wireless service, customer authorizes RoamLink Wireless, MobileMustHave.com, Entergy Group, LLC, and their billing providers or payment processors to charge the payment method on file for recurring service charges, applicable taxes, fees, add-ons, Top-Off data, plan changes, equipment charges, shipping charges, and any other amounts associated with the customer’s account.

RoamLink Wireless utilizes internal billing systems and third-party billing infrastructure, including billing platforms such as Orb, payment processors, subscription management tools, and related service providers to manage customer subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, renewals, credits, plan changes, and account activity. Customer acknowledges that billing records, subscription records, invoices, payment status, plan status, usage records, and related account information maintained by RoamLink Wireless or its billing providers shall control for purposes of determining account status, payment obligations, renewal timing, service eligibility, and related billing administration.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring RoamLink Wireless service charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except as expressly provided under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, applicable promotional terms, or as otherwise required by law. Prepaid service periods do not guarantee uninterrupted service, minimum performance, specific network availability, or continuous access, and remain subject to these Terms, network availability, carrier conditions, customer equipment compatibility, acceptable use requirements, and applicable network management practices.

Customers may request plan changes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or other account changes through the applicable RoamLink management portal, customer support process, or other method made available by RoamLink Wireless. Plan changes may take effect immediately, at the start of the next billing cycle, or at another time determined by RoamLink Wireless based on plan type, billing system limitations, carrier requirements, provisioning requirements, account status, promotional terms, or operational requirements.

Plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, suspensions, lapses in payment, failed renewals, or other account changes may result in the loss or forfeiture of promotional pricing, legacy discounts, member discounts, multi-plan discounts, banked data, Top-Off data, Velocity data allocations, rollover balances, credits, plan-specific benefits, or other supplemental features unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable plan terms or required by law.

If a customer cancels service, the cancellation may become effective at the end of the current prepaid service period, immediately, or at another time determined by RoamLink Wireless based on the customer’s request, plan type, billing status, provisioning status, or operational requirements. Customers remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation is completed, including recurring service charges, add-ons, Top-Off data, equipment charges, shipping charges, taxes, fees, or other account balances.

If a payment method fails, is declined, is reversed, is charged back, expires, or otherwise cannot be processed, RoamLink Wireless may suspend, restrict, cancel, or terminate service, remove access to plan features, disable account access, require payment method updates, retry payment collection, or take other account actions as permitted under these Terms. Customer remains responsible for any unpaid amounts, charges incurred while service remains active or suspended, and any fees, costs, or losses associated with failed payments, chargebacks, or disputed transactions where permitted by law.

Refunds, credits, prorated adjustments, service extensions, goodwill accommodations, billing corrections, or other remedies are not guaranteed and may be provided solely at the discretion of RoamLink Wireless unless expressly required by law, expressly stated in these Terms, or expressly stated in the applicable promotional or plan terms. The issuance of any refund, credit, adjustment, or accommodation in one instance does not obligate RoamLink Wireless to provide the same or similar remedy in the future and does not waive any rights, limitations, disclaimers, or protections contained in these Terms.

Purchased Top-Off data, promotional data, banked data, Velocity data allocations, rollover balances, plan credits, member benefits, discounts, or other supplemental data or account benefits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be forfeited upon cancellation, suspension, downgrade, failed payment, plan change, refund, account termination, or expiration of the applicable plan or benefit period unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable plan terms or required by law.

Nothing in this section limits RoamLink Wireless’s right to change, limit, suspend, terminate, migrate, reclassify, or modify service as otherwise provided in these Terms, including for nonpayment, carrier compliance, abuse prevention, network protection, operational requirements, customer equipment incompatibility, prohibited use, or violation of these Terms.
