If you are interested in using your Pepwave modem on MMH Wireless B300 Cellular Data Plan, some settings may need to be changed to have the modem negotiate with these networks. Typically selecting "AT&T" or leaving your modem on "auto" under carrier selection will allow the unit to connect however manually setting the APN is strongly advised to ensure the top performance of your plan. 

If you do not update the APN your line highly likly be throttled after 30gb of usage by AT&T.  Please make sure to follow the guidline above to get full usage of your plan.

Entering the Custom APN

Navigate to the Dashboard tab and select the cellular details button of the modem you wish to add this data plan to. 

Click the cellular details button of the cellular modem you wish to change

Scroll down Cellular Settings, select Custom under Operator Settings. Note the below screenshot has the MMH sim in SLOT B, please update settings for the correct slot you have your MMH sim card inserted in. Make sure to select the correct SIM card slot under "SIM Card" as well. 

This will enable the APN box where you can enter the APN information. For the MMH Wireless plan the APN you need to enter "33229.MCS" entered without the quotes as shown in the image below.  If you have a carrier other than the Phoenix wireless plan you must use the APN setting for that carrier. 

(Optional) Bandwidth Allowance Monitoring

This step is optional, but if you would also like to setup bandwidth monitoring to automatically shut off your plan before you go over your usage, you can use the screenshot above as guidance.  The data will reset on the 16th for everyone and it is suggested to shut off 290 so you know you have 10gb left of emergency data.  That said, you can pick any number you like for that allowance field.
