Obtaining Diagnostic Report from the Peplink Admin Panel
Please follow the steps below to obtain a Diagnostic Report from a Peplink device:
- Connect to the Web Admin Interface with a web browser.
- Go to Status > Device. Click the Download button next to the Diagnostic Report field.
- A prompt will appear for saving the file containing the Diagnostic Report to your computer.

Please follow the steps below to obtain a Diagnostic Report from your InControl2 Group Level Dashboard:
Step 3: Check the box next to the device you would like to download a diagnostic report for.
Step 4: Click 'Download diagnostic reports...

Step 6: Download report in ZIP format
Step 7: Click Close
